L-Ascorbate-2-Monophosphate is phosphoesterified Ascorbic Acid. It chemically protects the effective component in Ascorbic Acid from being destructed on molecular level. The product is very stable and the rate of biological utilization is high. It is also finely granulatd, flows easily and is convenient to use. This product is suitable for high temperature granulation and expansion as well as feeds with poor storage conditions, especially aquaculture feeds and pet food.
